CIRCLE – Dance! Move! Play! Gathering is a space to meet, share and enjoy movement, hoops, spin toys, music and friends.

What is CIRCLE?

CIRCLE is a community of playful, positive and spirited movers and dancers. CIRCLE is a time when we come together to share and enjoy free movement, play, hoop tricks, poi moves, contact play, music, rhythm, dance, beats, release and fun!

CIRCLE was created as a space to move, groove and engage in dance, liberating your body and your mind.

CIRCLE is a place to

CIRCLE is not a dance class however it is a great space to openly learn and share hoop dance, poi moves, juggling and other forms of movement. Learn something new in an open and free space.

The Music: 2 hours of non-stop rhythms and beats designed to move your body, spirit and hoops/poi/staff/flags/skirts/instruments

The music and beats will begin the gathering off in a swirling, floating relaxing flow and work its way to a rhythmic moving crescendo designed to get your body moving and releasing keeping you elated and free until you slowly melt into a relaxed state guided by tunes.

The Toys: Hoops will be provided, please feel free to bring your own hoops, poi, staff, spin toys.

The People: CIRCLE is an open community of positive people from all over the world interested in sharing movement, positivity and play.

The Space: The Takaido Chiiki Center is a large open space just 3 mintues walk from the Takaido Station on the Keio Inokashira Line.

The Gift: Coin (circle) donations upon entry are greatly appreciated and used to cover the costs of the events.
