I am so very excited to announce one of my dreams has become a beautiful reality. Ideas of a collaborative movement workshop have been swirling around in my head for a while and on Sunday November 30th from 1-5pm at the Ochiai Community Center the ideas will manifest into a fun for all learning workshop filled with dance and celebration.

Send your senses into tantalizing overdrive with an afternoon of sexy hoop dance, beckoning Burlesque moves and beautiful Belly Dance techniques.

This 4 hour workshop is the first of it’s kind in Tokyo and offers a dance and movement taster like no other! Enjoy 1 hour of sexy hoop moves, 1 hour of blazing Burlesque, 1 hour of exotic belly dance and then an energized Hoop Jam to celebrate new moves and grooves to bring into the hoop.

BELLY DANCE with Ozma
Ozma is an American born belly dancer specializing in Turkish Oriental and Turkish Romani (“Gypsy”) style dance. She has been dancing in and around the Tokyo area for 4 years. Ozma also uses her artist to create original costumes for herself and other local dancers. She is also a proud member of The Afet Collective, a group of socially concerned professional belly dance artists who raise awareness and funds for women’s charities.

Celebrate, rejoice and embrace the new sensations, movements and energy within with a freeing and opening hoop jam. Test out your new moves!

¥6000 for non-members ¥5000 for members for 4 hour workshop including 1 hour of Burlesque “tease” and “tassel” instruction, 1 hour of Belly Dance instruction, 1 hour of Aphrodizzyhoop Hoop Dance lesson and a 1 hour celebratory dance jam!
